The team is led by Andrew Ford, whose 30+ year career has mainly been in the travel retail industry with many years spent with luxury brands, as CEO of the duty-free industry’s global Tax Free World Association (TFWA), and as Vice President, Global Business Development with DFS Group in Hong Kong. Andrew and the team have a deep understanding of the duty-free industry and its importance in generating value for tourism economies and their airports. All have extensive work experience in many of the world’s major airports developing businesses for luxury brands, retail and food & beverage operations, car parking and other airport businesses.
